Any dispute arising out of the use of the Website will be commenced in an Ontario Provincial Court located in Toronto, or a Canadian Federal Court located in Toronto. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.  You waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and those courts’ venue.
